Job Description
iForex Recruitment is looking for an experienced and ambitious IB Manager to help expand our partner network in the Arab markets, on behalf of a leading CFD brokerage firm.
Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strengthen collaboration with them.
Implement strategies to grow the IB network and drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and provide reports to management.
Support IBs with marketing materials and necessary training.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Stay up to date with market trends and identify expansion opportunities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IB management or business development within a Forex brokerage.
Solid understanding of CFD trading and financial markets.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Fluency in English.
