Senior Property Consultant
Job Description
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions and prices
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promote properties with ads and listings
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase, and lease agreements if needed.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, and disbursement of funds.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market edge.
Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree ( International College ) is a must
Fluent in English
Real Estate property counseling experience is a must
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Excellent Result orientation
Good research ability
Work Etiquette Awareness
