Conduct regular hygiene inspections in kitchens, storage areas, and F&B outlets.
Monitor food handling practices and ensure staff adhere to hygiene protocols.
Implement and maintain HACCP principles and hygiene SOPs.
Coordinate pest control measures and waste management procedures.
Deliver hygiene and food safety training sessions to relevant staff.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and corrective actions.
Liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
Support sustainability initiatives related to hygiene and sanitation.
Respond to hygiene-related complaints and take corrective action promptly.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
HACCP certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of local and international food safety standards.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
