We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Hygiene Manager
to oversee and implement hygiene and sanitation standards across our operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in
food safety management systems
and
ISO certification processes
, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene policies, procedures, and programs across all outlets and central kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with
HACCP, ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations
.
Conduct regular hygiene audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Oversee cleaning and sanitation schedules, pest control programs, and waste management systems.
Coordinate with the quality, operations, and maintenance teams to address hygiene-related issues.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for
ISO and HACCP certification audits
.
Train and guide employees on food safety, hygiene practices, and personal sanitation standards.
Liaise with local authorities and certification bodies for inspections and audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene and food safety performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Food Technology, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or related field
.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in food safety and hygiene management, preferably in the
F&B, catering, or hospitality industry
.
In-depth knowledge of
ISO 22000, HACCP, and QHSE systems
.
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Proficient in
MS Office
and familiar with audit documentation systems.
Immediate availability
is an advantage.
