will be responsible for overseeing daily hygiene operations, managing operational activities related to food safety, and supporting both service and kitchen teams. This role ensures excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and full compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective implementation and ongoing compliance with all hygiene and food safety standards
Conduct regular hygiene inspections, audits, and operational assessments
Develop and deliver hygiene, sanitation, and food safety training programs for staff
Monitor cleaning schedules, verify effectiveness, and implement timely corrective actions
Ensure full compliance with local health authority regulations and company policies
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of F&B operational experience in a similar role
Proven experience in hygiene management or food safety roles
In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety systems, and hygiene standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Relevant professional certification in food safety or hygiene is highly desirable
