The Hydrology Engineer is responsible for the study, analysis, and management of surface water and groundwater resources to support sustainable development, flood control, water supply, and environmental protection. The role involves hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, design of water management systems, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure and environmental projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related field
5-10 years of experience in hydrology, water resources, or environmental engineering.
Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, MIKE SHE, SWMM).
Experience in GIS applications for watershed and floodplain mapping.
Knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, and water management regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Project management and stakeholder coordination experience
MP (Project Management Professional).
Specialized certifications in water resources, flood management, or climate resilience
