ROLE SUMMARY
This is a Hybrid role. Candidate will be having both Sales & Marketing responsibilities. He/She will maintain the ongoing sales & territory responsibilities as well as supporting and collaborating to develop the long- and short-term brand strategy for certain assigned assets
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for brand management of certain Rare Disease brands across Gulf countries
- Candidate will start the Launch readiness plans for certain future assets in the same therapy areas
- Candidate will be coached by RD CBL to ensure his quick uptake to the job requirements
- Developing & driving marketing strategies and brand plans plus following up to ensure impactful implementation
- Recommends product development and/or enhancements as a result of brand performance, and feedback from customers and/or sales force.
Sales responsibilities
- Candidate will maintain current ongoing sales & territory responsibilities
- Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products as per Pfizer marketing strategies
- Distributing product samples (if any) and marketing literature to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Follow-up with HCP (KOLs, physicians, pharmacists or any other party having impact on the business), to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products
- Providing approved information to physicians on Pfizer products, e.g., proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects
- Organizing AV activities in assigned markets accounts Reporting visits and other activities using Veeva

Experience & Knowledge
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
- 3+ years’ experience in Pfizer with successful track record
- Successfully completed a developmental marketing assignment in Pfizer
- Having Brand Management/Marketing in his/her IDP
- Having experience in RD brands & awareness of Key Customers in Gulf states is a plus
