Jascon Engineering WLL is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
Plan and allocate tasks to team members based on project schedules and priorities.
Inspect HVAC installations and maintenance work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents related to HVAC systems.
Monitor material and equipment needs and ensure timely procurement.
Ensure all HVAC work adheres to company policies, health and safety regulations, and local codes.
Conduct regular team meetings and toolbox talks to promote safety and efficiency.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on work progress, material usage, and manpower.
Provide training and mentorship to HVAC team members to develop their skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, maintenance, and repairs.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.
Diploma or certification in HVAC technology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HVAC supervision.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
