Job Purpose:

The HVAC (Utilities) Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining all HVAC and utilities equipment to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

What you will be doing:

Perform maintenance and operation of:

+ AHUs in technical areas
+ Chillers, cooling towers, refrigerators, DX units, and AC units
+ Boilers
Add chemical materials for water treatment in chillers and cooling towers Participate in HVAC qualification processes Record AHU data and complete required GxP documentation

Working days:

5 days per week

Shifts:

2 shifts (Day & Night), rotation required

Maximum working hours per day:

11 hours

Maximum overtime per month:

80 hours * May be required to work weekends and public holidays based on business needs (overtime will apply)
