The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the
installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of HVAC systems
across commercial, industrial, or oil & gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
installation, repair, and maintenance
of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and VRF/VRV systems).
Diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
Conduct
routine inspections
and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Calibrate HVAC controls, thermostats, and sensors for efficient system performance.
Read and interpret
technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Support commissioning activities and prepare service/maintenance reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers for smooth execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in
Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
.
3 to 6 years
of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, or project installation.
Strong understanding of
HVAC principles, refrigerants, and safety standards
.
Prior experience in
GCC countries
(preferred).
Ability to work independently or as part of a technical team.
Skills Required:
HVAC system diagnostics and repair
Preventive maintenance scheduling
Ducting, piping, and insulation work
Knowledge of BMS systems (preferred)
Good communication and reporting skills
