Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including
air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and split ACs
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection
Maintain service records and report work completed
Respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls when required
Coordinate with supervisors and clients to resolve technical issues
