Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To maintain and service HVAC system. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong background in reading and interpreting instructions and safety procedures associated with HVAC processes.
Solid knowledge of using hand and power tools
Experienced in handling electronic and mechanical systems effectively
Exceptional knowledge of providing technical assistant with the design and implementation of HVAC systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Diploma Degree or ITI.
3+ year Total Experience in HVAC field in Facility Management or relevant field.
