HVAC Technician (The Climate Crisis Manager)
We are not looking for someone who just cleans filters. We need a diagnostic savant who can bring order to the thermal chaos of broken-down systems.

Our phones are ringing off the hook. It's 95F outside, an entire office building's chiller is down, and a restaurant's walk-in freezer is on the fritz. We need a problem-solver who thrives under pressure, not someone who just wants a easy 9-to-5. If you're the person colleagues call when they're stumped, you're who we need.
Core Mission: To be our first and last line of defense against environmental meltdowns for our clients. You will not just fix units; you will diagnose complex, intermittent faults, design emergency solutions, and prevent catastrophic failures.
Detailed, Gritty Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency, on-the-spot diagnostics on complex HVAC/R systems (from residential furnaces to commercial rooftop units and industrial refrigeration systems) under extreme time pressure.
• Go beyond the obvious; use advanced tools (manifold gauges, multimeters, combustion analyzers) to trace electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant circuit problems to their root cause.
• Execute precise repairs that LAST: braze copper lines with perfection, recover and recharge refrigerants to exact specifications, re-wire faulty control boards, and replace compressors without causing collateral damage.
• Not just a fixer, but an advisor. Conduct rigorous energy audits and present clients with clear, honest options for repair vs. replacement, becoming a trusted expert they rely on.
• Maintain an impeccably organized service vehicle and manage your own inventory of critical parts to minimize downtime.
