A leading Facility Management company is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HVAC experience and strong troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities: . Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components (e.g., compressors, evaporators, motors, fans). . Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently. . Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in AC units and determine appropriate solutions. . Replace worn or defective parts and complete system upgrades when necessary. . Monitor and adjust controls to regulate system operations. . Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. . Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. . Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. . Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair progress and recommendations to clients. . Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs when required. Requirements: . High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification preferred. . Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role. . Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques. . EPA Certification for handling refrigerants (if required by local regulations). . Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. . Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints. .
