Job Description

Job Purpose

To perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable operation of all air-conditioning and mechanical equipment across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily high-quality maintenance routines on HVAC and MEP systems. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on: Split AC Package AC (PKG Unit) Window AC CRAH units FCU, AHU, FAHU, SAC, WAC Extract Fans, VAVs, pumps, motors, and water leak detection systems Perform troubleshooting for equipment faults to restore system operations quickly and safely. Respond to contingencies and emergencies during or after working hours as required. Inspect HVAC & MEP facilities to identify potential failures and areas requiring improvement. Update all technical logs, maintenance records, and databases accurately. Request required materials, tools, and spare parts to maintain proper inventory levels. Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support smooth operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP equipment. Ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently. Understanding of safety guidelines and maintenance procedures. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and respond quickly to emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field. Experience in facility management environments is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,550.00 per month
