Employee performs skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment and energy management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Investigates problems and performs repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
xc2xb7 Performs preventative maintenance on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating and cooling systems.
xc2xb7 Monitors and inspects heating and cooling systems to ensure continued proper operation.
xc2xb7 Install and maintain diverse heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
xc2xb7 Lay out wires and pipes to complete HVAC systems
xc2xb7 Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
xc2xb7 Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards
xc2xb7 Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly
xc2xb7 Ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls
xc2xb7 Perform checks on motors and belts and handle lubrication duties
xc2xb7 Change filters and replace any parts as they wear out
xc2xb7 Ensure that chemical compositions in equipment are adequate at all times
xc2xb7 Handle conduit running for HVAC equipment
xc2xb7 Order any supplies or equipment needed for HVAC maintenance or installation as needed
xc2xb7 Ensure availability of all items needed for an HVAC project
xc2xb7 Respond to emergency situations in order to resolve issues on an immediate basis
xc2xb7 Handle maintenance of tools and equipment
xc2xb7 Replace faulty or expired parts in an HVAC system
xc2xb7 Fabricate parts in case parts are not readily available
xc2xb7 Following building policies and standard
xc2xb7 Ensure that fire alarm system of the building all secure
xc2xb7 Update Chilled water reading
xc2xb7 Building Management System (BMS)
xc2xb7 Make sure the treatment of chilled water chemical

xc2xb7 Experienced in handling electronic and mechanical systems effectively
xc2xb7 Exceptional knowledge of providing technical assistant with the design and implementation of HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of blueprints.
xc2xb7 Ability to repair systems.
xc2xb7 Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.
Other Requirements:
xc2xb7 Minimum 3 to 5 experience within the maintenance services market sector.
xc2xb7 Computer Knowledge.
xc2xb7 Fluent Written and spoken English.
