We are looking for a skilled and reliable

HVAC Technician

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge, hands on experience and a commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and high quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identify maintenance risks and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults. Clean, adjust, and service HVAC components, including warranty-related repairs. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians. Maintain accurate daily logs and maintenance records. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Adhere to company service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements. Assist customers with technical queries and service requests.

Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. 2-4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Sound understanding of advanced principles in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating. Working knowledge of boiler systems. Proficient in balancing air and water systems in line with HVAC protocols. Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work plans. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at varying work sites. Skilled in all types of air conditioning work, including servicing, compressor replacement, and fault diagnosis, particularly in ducted AC systems. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in multi-technical work (electrical/plumbing/general maintenance).
