MOLTEN is seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Technicians to join our growing team in Dubai and Bangalore. The ideal candidates will support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, FCUs, AHUs, split units, ventilation systems, and ducting.
Carry out preventive maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities.
Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and ensure system efficiency.
Review and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and supervisors for smooth execution.
Prepare daily service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in HVAC or relevant technical qualification.
Freshers and candidates with 1-5 years of hands-on HVAC field experience.
Strong troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance skills.
Ability to read and understand basic HVAC drawings.
