Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

HVAC Technician

to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This role requires expertise in

diagnostics, troubleshooting

, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment, including:

Split Units, Chillers, VRF/VRV, FCUs, AHUs, and DX systems.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance (PPM) to identify and correct potential mechanical and electrical faults before they escalate. Expertly diagnose system malfunctions using diagnostic tools, troubleshoot complex issues, and execute cost-effective, lasting repairs. Handle, recover, and recycle refrigerants in compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. Install, program, and calibrate thermostats, sensors, and other crucial HVAC control systems. Accurately read and interpret technical

blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics

. Perform duct fabrication, modification, and insulation work as required on site. Ensure all work complies with local regulations, including standards set by

Dubai Municipality and DEWA

. Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all service, repair, and installation activities. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot system failures, including participation in on-call schedules. Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and workplace standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum of

2-5 years

of hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician. UAE experience is strongly preferred.*

Technical Expertise:

Profound working knowledge of major commercial systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV). Strong understanding of HVAC electrical components, wiring, and control logic. Proficiency in using specialized testing equipment, gauges, and HVAC tools. Knowledge of

BMS (Building Management Systems)

operations is a significant advantage.

Certifications:

HVAC & Refrigeration Certification is required. EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification is preferred.

Other:

Good communication skills in English. Must be physically fit and capable of working in various conditions, including high temperatures and confined spaces.
