As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all the property and equipment maintenance to ensure the safety and proper operations of the equipment are carried out properly.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or vocational certificate in Plumbing/HVAC.
2-3 years' experience in plumbing/HVAC maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and HVAC equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient facility environment.
Technical understanding of HVAC Systems.
Plumbing installation & repair (water supply, drainage, and fixtures)
Use of Plumbing and HVAC diagnostic tools.
