We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heaters, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment.
Inspect and test systems for proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
Diagnose malfunctions, perform necessary adjustments, and replace defective parts.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer's instructions.
Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate service records, logs, and reports.
Respond promptly to emergency repair calls.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical issues in a clear manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or technical certification in HVAC systems.
Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a related role.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
Valid HVAC certification/license (as required by local regulations).
Valid driver's license preferred.
Working Conditions:
Indoor and outdoor job sites.
May require overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
