Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including:
Compressor-based AC systems
VRF / VRV systems
Split units
FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
AHUs (Air Handling Units)
FHUs (Fresh Air Handling Units)
Outdoor condensing units
Chillers (basic operation & maintenance)
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions efficiently.
Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
Handle ducting-related maintenance and modifications.
Perform electrical work related to HVAC equipment (controls, wiring, circuits, breakers, etc.).
Work with
BMS systems
(basic operational knowledge).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Accurately complete service reports and documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience
in HVAC maintenance and installation (UAE/Gulf experience preferred).
Valid UAE Driving License
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of compressor-based AC systems, VRF/VRV systems, split units, FCUs, AHUs, FHUs, outdoor units, chillers, and ducting.
Adequate
general electrical knowledge
(wiring, connections, troubleshooting, safety).
Basic understanding of
BMS systems
.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
