Job Description

Key Responsibilities



- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with chillers, boilers, air handlers, and refrigeration units

- Monitor system performance and implement energy-saving adjustments

- Maintain accurate service records and logs

- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC equipment

- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Qualifications



- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in facility management

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and schematics

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
