Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, chillers, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose system malfunctions and perform corrective repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with supervisors and other technical staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician in construction, fit-out, or facility management.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
Preferred:
Previous UAE/GCC experience.
Driving license is an advantage.
