Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and a variety of

domestic appliances, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role

requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and good customer

service skills.Key Responsibilities:

HVAC Systems:

Install, maintain, and repair VRF

systems, chilled water systems, and DX air conditioning units.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in domestic

refrigerators, ovens, and other home appliances.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, providing

efficient and cost-effective solutions.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure

the longevity and reliability of HVAC systems.

Ensure all HVAC installations and repairs comply with regulations,

and safety standards.

Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete

projects within specified timelines.

Domestic Appliances:

Install, service, and repair a range of domestic appliances,

including but not limited to washing machines, dryers, refrigerators,

dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves.

Diagnose faults in domestic appliances, providing accurate

assessments and repairs.

Educate customers on proper appliance usage and maintenance to

prevent future issues.

Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and repair techniques

for various domestic appliances.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and

equipment are properly stored.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; ITI certification preferred.

Proven experience of minimum 3 years as an HVAC technician and

domestic appliance technician.

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical

manuals.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's

license with a clean driving record is an advantage.
