Job Title: HVAC TechnicianLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Technical Services / MaintenanceReporting To: Project Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technicianto install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, ensuring all HVAC systems are running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:o Install HVAC systems including ductwork, split units, chilled water systems, package units, and ventilation fans as per design and specifications.o Assist in system commissioning and testing to ensure proper functioning.o Maintenance & Troubleshooting:o Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, thermostats, etc.).o Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems including electrical and mechanical components.o Check refrigerant levels, clean coils, and replace filters and belts as required.o Site Inspections & Reporting:o Conduct routine inspections and identify issues affecting performance or efficiency.o Maintain accurate service records and report issues to the supervisor or engineer.o Safety & Compliance:o Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.o Follow HVAC codes and standards for installation and maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or ITI certification in HVAC / Refrigeration.o Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.o Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and ducted systems.o Ability to read HVAC drawings and wiring diagrams.o Knowledge of tools, instruments, and materials used in HVAC servicing.o Basic communication skills and ability to complete service reports.o UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
