AC Technician

who can independently execute all HVAC-related works for interior fit-out projects.

Job Overview

We are seeking an

experienced AC Technician

capable of handling the

complete HVAC scope

for both residential and commercial fit-out projects -- from

drawing interpretation and material planning

to

installation, commissioning, and final handover

.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret HVAC Shop Drawings

and implement the design on-site accurately

Estimate and quantify HVAC material requirements

(ducts, copper pipes, insulation, hangers, etc.) for ongoing projects Execute complete

chilled water piping

works including insulation, supports, and valves

Install and commission FCUs (Fan Coil Units)

, including drain connections, control wiring, and testing Handle all

ducting works

: fabrication, installation, and insulation (GI, pre-insulated, etc.) Perform

copper piping, brazing, leak testing

, and refrigerant charging Install and connect

thermostats, control panels

, and related electrical components Conduct final

testing, commissioning, and balancing

of AC systems Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery Maintain site-level

health, safety, and workmanship standards

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of UAE experience

in HVAC works specific to

interior fit-out projects

Must be able to

read HVAC drawings

, understand specifications, and work independently Full knowledge of

chilled water systems

, copper piping, ducting, and insulation methods Experience with

residential villas

,

commercial offices

, and

retail outlets

Familiar with

FCU installation

, chilled water flushing, air balancing, and testing procedures Technically strong with hands-on execution experience Able to prepare material requirement lists and coordinate timely delivery for execution Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and AC system controls Physically fit, reliable, and responsible on active job sites

Preferred

Diploma / ITI Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical field Familiarity with

DCD

Dubai Municipality

, and

consultant site inspection requirements

UAE driving license is a plus
