We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties in Dubai. The HVAC Technician should possess strong technical skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. This role requires adherence to safety standards and regulations, as well as the ability to communicate with clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Experienced in maintenance, trouble shooting, installation of HVAC systems, DX, split, chillers, chilled water system, FCU, AHU, FAHU's, VRF, VRV.
2. Attend to any complaints received from client in regards to anything related to equipment.
3. Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance related to HVAC equipment.
4. Inspect the current equipment, identify problems with their units, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
5. Able to solve any electrical problem related to the AC wiring, thermostat installation, checking the load in the main DB, etc.
6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
7. Time management is essential.
8. To maintain stock / materials for any contingency.
9. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times.
10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
