Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Main duties/responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7Carry out repair and maintenance and installation related to HVAC equipment and spares which reflect the standard of Hotel.
\xc2\xb7Organize work in a skilled and professional manner.
\xc2\xb7Ensure all the Chillers and HVAC equipment are tested and maintained as per requirements.
\xc2\xb7Ensure that all Work Order, PPM & CWA\xe2\x80\x99s and General Maintenance works are executed as directed by the Team Leaders.
\xc2\xb7Ensure all the portable appliances are PAT tested as per the FLS matrix
\xc2\xb7Ensure that the par level is maintained for the fast moving HVAC spares in the stores.
\xc2\xb7Maintain the work area clean and tidy.
\xc2\xb7Be familiar and comply with all relevant Engineering Departmental Policies, Process and Procedures.
\xc2\xb7Knowledge of Building Management System.
\xc2\xb7Knowledge of basics of engineering drawings.
\xc2\xb7Adapt to any other duties in due time requested by the management.
\xc2\xb7Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and records.
\xc2\xb7Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical /Mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs.
\xc2\xb7Sound knowledge of starting methods from motors, pumps and use of various chemicals for swimming pools.
\xc2\xb7Identification of HVAC /Electrical/Mechanical/ Plumbing spares & FLS equipment.
\xc2\xb7Good all round skills / high quality standard.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
\xc2\xb7High School Diploma.
\xc2\xb7Trade certificate of HVAC.
\xc2\xb7Basics of Building Management System. \xc2\xb7Basic knowledge of MS Office
\xc2\xb7Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Technical HVAC Services Environment.
\xc2\xb7Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Hotel industry. \xc2\xb7Good verbal and written English
