Position: Junior HVAC Technician (2 positions available) Company: RGS Air Conditioning Repairing and Maintenance LLC is an emergent leader in HVAC maintenance and retrofits within the UAE. Location: Dubai, UAE : We are currently seeking two self-motivated Junior HVAC Technicians with a strong command of the English language. These individuals will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service in the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems.
- Complete maintenance tasks promptly, adhering to response time requirements.
- Utilize a basic CRM and Field Service application to track and manage maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures during maintenance operations.
- Select appropriate materials from our service coordinators to execute tasks.
- Work skillfully and professionally, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Promptly inform supervisors and colleagues of any equipment defects or failures.
- Maintain a safe working environment for both self and colleagues by reporting unsafe conditions.
- Interpret basic schematic/line drawings and employ mechanical/electrical test equipment and instruments.
- Experience in Annual Maintenance Contracts, Installation, Preventive Maintenance, and Field Service.
- Strong command of the English language (mandatory to complete the Indeed Verbal Communication Assessment to be considered for the job).
- Manual UAE Driving License is essential for 1 of the 2 technicians we are hiring.
- Willingness to learn and work alongside senior technicians.
- Competitive starting salary ranging from AED 2500 to AED 4500.
- Company provided shared accommodation in Dubai.
- One company provided vehicle for two technicians (manual driving license required for one of two hired technicians).

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience in a similar role and 1-year certified training in HVAC are preferred.
- HVAC Technician: 1 year (Required)
- English fluently (Required)
