Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to support our Water Feature department. HVAC Technician will be responsible for variety of tasks including operation and maintenance of swimming pool's Chiller/Heat pump/Heating and cooling Unit/ HVAC.


Repair or replace defective parts in units including Compressor, Filter Drier, Expansion valves, Thermostats, relays, filters, controls, belts heat exchangers, refrigerant leakage test, vacuum process, and refrigerant gas charging

Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring systems as needed and connect motors to control panels. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch and vacuum pump, Welding, and brazing techniques Install and calibrate systems; install copper tubing and repair pipes and tubing as necessary.

Install, rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary.
Skills


Minimum 3 Years' Experience in Chiller/Heat pump/Heating and cooling Unit/ HVAC industry

Understanding of Chiller/Heat pump/Heating and cooling Unit/ HVAC industry
