Full
Good knowledge in HVAC and mechanical systems in plant rooms including but not limited to pumps and motors, plumbing systems, FCUs, VAV, VRF systems, precision AC units, AHU service and repairs.
Experience in ducting and piping inspection, insulation and cladding repairs, various types of valves servicing and inspection including motorized valves.
Should be able to identify faulty bearings of equipment, replaces/repairs bearings, wear kits, impellers.
Can diagnose issues in Chilled water systems, DX units, Split AC units, do basic repair of refrigerant leaks, replace ac compressors, brazing/welding of copper piping to seal leaks, check gas levels, and re-charge.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
ITI in HVAC field or Diploma in HVAC.
NOC With Valid QID.
