Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to carry out repair, maintenance, and part replacement work on seven (7)
30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with these units and be able to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection, repair, maintenance, and servicing of
30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units
. Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues to identify and replace faulty components. Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure efficient performance. Maintain detailed service reports and records of work performed. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and standards.Requirements:
Proven expertise in handling
30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units
. Minimum5 years
of relevant experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.EPA 608 Certification
(mandatory). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Job Type: Contract
