We are currently hiring for the position of HVAC Technician to join a dynamic team supporting a hospitality facility in Lusail, Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on HVAC experience who are available on a freelance visa.

Position: HVAC Technician

Location: Lusail, Qatar

Industry: Hospitality

Employment Type: Freelance (Visa under candidate's sponsorship only)

Salary: Up to QAR 3,000/month (No FAT)

Work Schedule:

Sunday to Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM (7 hours)

Thursday: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (9 hours)

Friday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (9 hours)

Saturday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (9 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup

Install HVAC systems, including A/C units, fans, and heating equipment across park facilities.

Ensure correct calibration and connection of components for optimal performance.

2. Routine Maintenance and Inspection

Perform regular preventive maintenance checks.

Clean or replace filters, check refrigerant levels, and inspect controls and electrical parts.

3. Troubleshooting and Repairs

Diagnose and repair HVAC issues promptly.

Respond to emergencies to restore system function and maintain guest comfort.

4. System Optimization

Adjust and optimize HVAC settings across park areas.

Monitor system efficiency and suggest improvements for reliability and energy savings.

5. Safety and Compliance

Follow all safety protocols and local HVAC regulations.

Properly handle refrigerants and use PPE during all operations.

6. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.

Communicate system issues and recommendations to management.

7. Coordination

Work closely with maintenance staff and management to schedule work with minimal disruption.

Provide technical guidance on HVAC operation and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and safety standards

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Must hold a valid freelance visa (company-sponsored candidates are not eligible)
