Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
Install, test, and adjust HVAC equipment and components.
Monitor and maintain ventilation systems in compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
Diagnose technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with facility management policies and safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain service records and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management (HVAC field).
Technical diploma/certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Immediate joiners preferred.
