:

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced

HVAC Technician

to join our facility maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across commercial, residential, or industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), split units, and duct systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment including motors, compressors, valves, thermostats, and electrical components. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and recommend repair solutions. Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and ventilation systems when required. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and service reports. Follow safety standards and facility maintenance procedures at all times. Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance within facility management or MEP services.

Education:

Diploma/ITI/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or a related technical field. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and safety procedures. Knowledge of refrigerants, brazing, and electrical diagnostics. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preference:

Candidates currently in Qatar/GCC with NOC or transferable visa are preferred.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
