Job Description

Technical Requirements:



Strong knowledge of

air conditioning systems

,

refrigeration cycles

, and

ventilation systems

. Ability to

install, maintain, and repair

split units, ducted systems, chillers, and package units. Experience in

diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults

in AC units. Proficiency in

reading blueprints, technical diagrams, and control circuits

. Skilled in

brazing, soldering, pipefitting

, and

basic electrical wiring

. Understanding of

control systems

,

thermostats

, and

building automation

.

Safety & Compliance



Knowledge of

HVAC safety procedures

and

lockout/tagout

practices. Understanding of

environmental and refrigerant regulations

. Must follow

company safety rules

and

wear proper PPE

.

Experience



2-5 years of experience

as an AC Technician (depending on job level). Experience in both

residential and commercial systems

is an advantage. Familiarity with

preventive maintenance programs

and

energy efficiency

measures.

Personal Competencies



Strong

problem-solving and troubleshooting

ability.

Attention to detail

and quality workmanship.

Good communication

and teamwork skills.

Customer service orientation

(especially for residential or service jobs).

Physical fitness

and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.

Requirements:



Driving license

(for field service roles).
