Installation, maintenance, and repair of:
Split AC, Window AC, Ductable AC, Cassette Units
VRF/VRV systems
Centralized Chillers (for senior roles)
Copper Piping & Brazing (Essential)
Cutting, flaring, and bending of copper pipes to accurate measurements
Performing brazing (oxy-acetylene welding) to securely join copper pipes
Leak testing and vacuuming of copper line sets
Ensuring proper insulation of pipes to prevent energy loss or condensation
Knowledge of different copper gauges and pipe sizing for HVAC systems
Refrigeration Cycle Knowledge
Refrigerant charging and recovery (R-22, R-410A, R-32, etc.)
Handling tools like:
Manifold gauge set
Vacuum pump
Leak detector
Electrical & Control Systems
Basic electrical wiring and safety
Thermostat installation and troubleshooting
Capacitor, relay, and PCB diagnostics (optional)
3. Tools Handling
Copper pipe cutters, benders, and flaring tools
Brazing torch kit (oxy-acetylene or nitrogen purging)
Manifold gauges and multimeter
Vacuum pump, clamp meter, and leak detectors
4. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
Brazing & Welding Certification (if available)
