Install DX Split Units, Package Units, and VRF Systems according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
Perform piping, ducting, insulation, and electrical connections as required.
Commission newly installed HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct pre-start checks and start-up procedures for various HVAC systems.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity.
Diagnose faults and perform repairs on compressors, fan motors, electrical controls, refrigerant systems, and other components.
Recharge refrigerant systems and test for leaks using proper tools and gauges.
Maintain service records and complete job reports accurately and on time.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to HVAC installation and service work.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements
