Job details:
Identifying faulty components and replacing them or maintaining.
Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining buildings MEP and HVAC scopes.
Performing routine maintenance on Ducted split , Split units, Package units, Chillers, Air cooled chillers.
A working knowledge on commercial, residential building maintenance and FM background experience is advantage .
