HVAC TAB Engineer

Salary:

AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month (based on interview, experience, skillset, and current position)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commissioning process for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Conduct

Testing and Balancing (TAB) for both air and water systems

, ensuring practical knowledge and hands-on experience in achieving system compliance with design specifications. Develop familiarity with the technical aspects and standards for

plumbing and firefighting systems

, as applicable to project requirements. Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including reports, test results, and system verification records. Provide technical support to project teams, addressing issues that arise during commissioning. Collaborate with project teams for seamless integration of HVAC systems throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and proper handover. Supervise technicians and coordinate site operations, supporting both installation and commissioning tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in

HVAC commissioning and TAB processes

, with emphasis on air and water balancing. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, air filtration, and VAV (Variable Air Volume) zoning. Familiarity with

plumbing and firefighting system standards

. Proficiency in

project management and reporting software

(e.g., Primavera P6) and advanced Excel for reporting and coordination. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in English for effective communication.

License / Certification Requirements:
