Estimating labor costs for each project and making sure that they stay within budget limits
Training employees in safe work practices and responding to safety concerns or accidents
Coordinating with architects, engineers, or other construction professionals on projects that require HVAC work
Training new employees on the company's policies and procedures for operations such as maintenance and repair work
Reviewing equipment maintenance schedules and ordering supplies such as filters or oil
Planning and supervising projects such as installing air conditioning units, heaters, humidifiers, and ventilation systems
Reviewing energy usage data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Consulting with customers on new equipment purchases and maintenance agreements to determine which option best meets their needs
Monitoring the performance of HVAC equipment to ensure that it is operating properly and efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
