to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems on our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HVAC works are executed in compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and within the scheduled time frame.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
Plan and monitor day-to-day operations and HVAC tasks on site.
Review HVAC drawings and ensure installations follow approved plans and specifications.
Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify maintenance or repair needs.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with local regulations and site safety procedures.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain daily and weekly progress reports and submit updates to the project manager.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings with HVAC teams.
Order and manage HVAC materials, tools, and consumables.
Perform testing and commissioning of HVAC systems when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or related field.
Minimum 4
+ years of UAE experience
in HVAC supervision within construction or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including chilled water, DX systems, ducting, ventilation, and controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Familiar with UAE labor and safety regulations.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Should be able to speak and understand Arabic
