Should Have UAE Driving License

Candidate who are on cancelled Visa / join immediate will be given preference

Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise daily HVAC installation activities (ducting, piping, equipment installation, insulation, testing & commissioning support). Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently. Monitor work progress and report status to the Project Manager / MEP Manager.
Quality Control

Inspect HVAC works to ensure compliance with project quality standards and HVAC codes. Identify and resolve installation issues or technical discrepancies. Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Ensure proper testing, balancing, and commissioning support.
Safety & Compliance

Enforce site safety rules and company HSE policies. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices. Ensure use of PPE and adherence to local safety regulations.
Coordination & Communication

Coordinate HVAC activities with other trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Civil). Attend site meetings and coordination meetings as required. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily work reports, manpower logs, and material usage records. Assist in preparing work completion reports and as-built documentation. Support project close-out activities.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration or related field. 5-10 years of experience in HVAC works within construction projects. Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory role preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chilled Water, DX, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ducting). Familiar with HVAC codes, standards, and site practices
