The ideal candidate must hold a
valid UAE Driving License
and possess
Arabic language skills
to effectively communicate with local authorities, suppliers, and workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, plan, and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Allocate tasks to technicians and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
Prepare daily/weekly work reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project deadlines.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
Communicate effectively in
Arabic and English
with team members, clients, and suppliers.
Drive to different project sites as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in HVAC supervision within the UAE/Gulf region.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, and site execution.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
Valid
UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
