Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Only candidates presently living in Dubai will be considered. Supervising and coordinating the work of electricians and other electrical staff. Planning and scheduling electrical maintenance, installation, and repair projects, including estimating time and materials. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues. Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance. Monitoring and maintaining inventory of electrical supplies and ordering as needed. Training and mentoring junior electrical staff. Collaborating with other departments, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow and project completion. Managing budgets and controlling costs related to electrical projects.
Essential Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and relevant codes and standards. Ability to lead and motivate a team, effectively communicate technical information, and collaborate with others. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues. Ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple tasks and projects. Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a safe work environment. Ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, inspections, and work quality.
