to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The HVAC Supervisor will manage a team of technicians, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety in all HVAC-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of HVAC technicians.
Inspect HVAC systems and operations to ensure proper installation, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Review blueprints, job orders, and project specifications to plan HVAC installations and repairs.
Provide hands-on support during complex installations, diagnostics, or repairs.
Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Train and mentor HVAC staff; conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or corrective actions as needed.
Order materials and maintain inventory of HVAC supplies and tools.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, inspections, service reports, and personnel activity.
Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and vendors as necessary.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices.
