Responsibilities:Lead a team of HVAC technicians/foremen to ensure efficient and timely completion of installations, maintenance, and repairsWork with and assist the service coordinators to identify, organize and coordinate all HVAC Services Division workload, including scheduling and prioritizing of manpower and materials as required to meet committed completion schedules and profitability of work performed, based on the capabilities of available technicians.Coordinate with clients to understand their HVAC system needs and provide appropriate solutionsDevelop and implement service schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and customer satisfactionReview and approve all Divisional personnel timesheets. Monitor field reports/tickets for accuracy.Coordinate inventories, including HVAC Services vans rolling stock.Provide annual performance appraisals and salary reviews jointly with Location Manager of all Division PersonnelConduct regular inspections to assess the performance and safety of HVAC systems, recommending repairs or upgrades as necessaryCommunicates daily with dispatch reporting on project information, estimated time to complete jobs, labor hours and parts or material usedReviews work orders, invoices and time reports for accuracy, and to ensure timely cash flow and maintain minimal account receivablesRequired SkillsHVAC Supervisor should possess excellent customer service and sales skillsMin 7-8 years HVAC Management related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceEngineering or Diploma qualifiedRich working experience in CRM tools and report generation.
