Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising HVAC technicians and coordinating site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians and subcontractors. Ensure timely completion of HVAC installation and maintenance tasks as per project requirements. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications for HVAC systems. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards. Diagnose HVAC system problems and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare daily work schedules, progress reports, and material requests. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards. Liaise with project engineers, clients, and suppliers as needed.

Requirements:



Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC. Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in HVAC supervision. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, ducting, chillers, and split units. Familiarity with UAE guidelines and site documentation. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
