Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Provide hands-on support for complex HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
Monitor inventory of HVAC supplies and place orders as necessary.
Maintain documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the HVAC team.
Collaborate with other departments (electrical, plumbing, construction) for integrated facility maintenance.
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local HVAC codes and health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
